On walking around the house we take observations on how to minimise the opportunities for pests that enter the house.

A low toxicity odourless, colourless spray is applied to all areas where spiders, ants, cockroaches can enter the house.

Spray is also applied to areas which pests use to move around the house. An insecticide powder may be put into the roof void for control of spiders and ants.

Under Queenslanders or houses with large subfloor areas a fogger (which produces a fine mist) may be used to cover large hard to access areas.

This treatment is guaranteed for 6 months providing any recommendations to homeowners are carried out.
